HOSPITALITY
Studio Fini’s hospitality work is rooted in a vision of tourism development that combines architectural quality, client objectives, and a deep respect for the landscape. Over the years, the studio has contributed to the creation of resorts, marinas, hotels, boutique hotels, beach clubs, and restaurants, with a particular focus on the Dominican Republic.
A defining milestone in this journey was the design and development of the first major complex of the Casa de Campo Marina, built on an area of approximately 90,000 m². This project played a decisive role in expanding the resort toward the sea, introducing a new nautical dimension and attracting a level of yacht tourism that was previously unfamiliar to the area.
The same principle later guided the development of Puerto Bahia Marina, where architecture, infrastructure, hospitality, and landscape were conceived as part of a single integrated vision.
For Studio Fini, hospitality design is never only about creating beautiful spaces. It is about understanding the identity of each place, enhancing its potential, protecting its natural value, and responding to the practical and strategic needs of the client.
From large-scale marina developments to intimate boutique hotels, beach clubs, and restaurants, each project is approached as an opportunity to create meaningful destinations: places that support tourism growth while preserving the character, beauty, and long-term value of the territory.
