Puerto Bahia Marina was conceived and developed by Studio Fini following the experience gained with Casa de Campo Marina, applying the same integrated vision to another large-scale tourist and residential complex in the Dominican Republic.
Located at the northern end of Samaná Bay, Puerto Bahia is nestled between the mountains and the sea, in a privileged natural setting where architecture, landscape, hospitality, and nautical life come together.
The development includes a full-service marina, a residential complex with 185 properties, a small luxury hotel, restaurants, shops, and services. Designed as a complete destination rather than a simple marina infrastructure, Puerto Bahia combines residential comfort, tourism, and leisure within a coherent architectural and urban vision.
The project reflects Studio Fini’s approach to hospitality development: enhancing the potential of the territory while respecting its natural identity and creating new opportunities for sustainable tourism growth.
