MINITAS POOLS

Playa Minitas Leisure Complex is a recent intervention by Studio Fini designed to enhance the beach experience through a new sequence of services, leisure areas, and family-oriented spaces.

The project introduces a small commercial area with shops, an ice cream parlor, and a juice bar, creating a welcoming point of arrival before opening toward the main recreational zone. Here, two swimming pools — one for adults and one for children — are integrated with a lounge area, a small playground, a picnic area, and a seaside bar.

Conceived as a natural extension of Playa Minitas, the complex enriches the existing beach environment while preserving its relaxed Caribbean character. The result is a vibrant yet balanced destination for families, guests, and visitors, where comfort, leisure, and connection to the sea come together with simplicity and elegance.
