Casa de Campo Marina was developed by Studio Fini after the experience of transforming Porto Rotondo, in Sardinia, into a modern marina. The same vision was later adapted to Casa de Campo, in the Dominican Republic, giving shape to a pioneering project that introduced a new nautical lifestyle to the country.
Extending over more than 90,000 m², the Marina combines residential architecture, services, hospitality, and public space within a coherent urban vision. Its colorful architectural language includes 105 residential units, from villas to townhouse-style apartments, many of them with private piers.
Unlike conventional marinas, often conceived simply as boat parking facilities, Studio Fini envisioned Casa de Campo Marina as a Southern European port developed around the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village. Mediterranean colors, architectural typologies, restaurants, boutiques, and services come together around the large central Portofino Square, creating a vibrant destination where architecture, sea, and lifestyle become part of a single experience.
