Rio Arriba 10 is a refined two-story villa designed to live in close dialogue with its natural surroundings. The residence includes five bedrooms and offers a balanced combination of privacy, comfort, and open social areas.
A family terrace with a gym creates a flexible space for wellness, relaxation, and daily life, while the spacious gazebo extends the living areas toward the outdoors. The architecture is conceived to encourage a fluid relationship between interior spaces, landscape, and tropical light.

The pool area becomes one of the central moments of the project, with a jacuzzi that flows naturally into the swimming pool, creating a continuous aquatic experience. Facing the sea, a carefully positioned fire pit offers an intimate place for contemplation, gathering, and connection with the horizon.
