Terraced Seafront Villa is a residence shaped by the dramatic slope of the land as it descends toward the sea. Rather than opposing the natural topography, the project embraces it, organizing the house across three distinct levels that follow the rhythm of the site and open progressively toward the horizon.

On the upper level, an infinity pool frames the spectacular views of Catalina Island, creating a seamless visual and chromatic continuity with the Caribbean Sea. Water becomes both an architectural and sensory element, cascading from the pool toward the lower floor and forming waterfalls that connect the staggered levels of the house.

Through this terraced composition, the villa transforms the complexity of the terrain into a spatial experience of movement, light, and landscape. Architecture, water, and topography come together to create a home deeply rooted in its setting, where every level offers a different relationship with the sea.
